Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008)
During the height of the Clone Wars, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker takes on a new Padawan apprentice, Ahsoka Tano, as they embark on a mission that will test their skills and resolve. Their objective leads them to a tense underworld where the powerful crime lord Jabba the Hutt suffers a personal blow when his son is abducted, threatening criminal alliances and stirring unrest across the Outer Rim.
Anakin and Ahsoka must navigate hostile environments, confront dangerous mercenaries, and uncover the motives behind the kidnapping while coordinating with Republic forces and the clone army. This should have been more of a singular movie. In stead, it’s just a combination of three or four episodes of The Clone Wars television series. In a way, it was a theatrical ad for the show to follow that same year.
